Smart Connected was a new and innovative hardware and software solution from ACG providing customers unprecedented access to their machinery from anywhere in the world.
The problem was, nobody understood how it actually worked. Our task was to change that.
To help audiences better understand the people behind ACG's innovation, I created Red Chairs, a storytelling platform that highlighted the expertise, experiences and perspectives of employees across the organisation.
The initiative transformed everyday knowledge into engaging content, helping to humanise a complex pharmaceutical business, strengthen audience engagement and increase interest from prospective talent.

One of the things that excites me most about joining OPEN Health is the opportunity to explore new ways of making complex scientific information more engaging, accessible and impactful.
While it's impossible to fully understand the challenges and opportunities without first listening, learning and collaborating with the team, there are three areas I'd be particularly excited to explore.
ACG is a globally respected pharmaceutical manufacturer, but much of its expertise was hidden behind highly technical products, processes and language.
Our challenge was to translate that complexity into clear, engaging and accessible communications – helping audiences better understand the innovation, expertise and value behind the brand.
The Future of Scientific Engagement
Healthcare audiences continue to evolve, along with their expectations of digital experiences.
Exploring new formats, channels and communication approaches that improve understanding and create meaningful engagement is an area I find particularly exciting and one where OPEN Health is uniquely positioned to lead.
